The Lightning X LXMB45-SKM is a stocked tactical medic backpack that combines modular organization with MOLLE attachment points and hydration access. This stocked version includes the kit shown in the photo below, along with four removable zippered pouches with transparent windows to help keep supplies visible and accessible.
