The Lightning X TacMed MB60 is a tactical EMS oxygen backpack built to carry and organize medical supplies for emergency response. Its modular pouch system lets you configure the main compartment with or without an oxygen cylinder, while front laser-cut MOLLE loops provide attachment points for compatible pouches and quick-access tools.
Modular storage for your EMS loadout
Keep supplies organized with 10 zippered compartments, 8 elastic compartments, 6 removable color-coded pouches and multiple elastic tool loops. The hook-and-loop interior lets you reposition the pouches and removable oxygen cylinder sleeve on the back panel to suit your setup.
- With an oxygen cylinder: Arrange four pouches around the cylinder sleeve and place the remaining two in the side pockets.
- Without an oxygen cylinder: Remove the sleeve and straps to fit all six pouches in the main compartment.
- For bulkier equipment: Remove the pouches and cylinder sleeve to open up the main compartment.
Oxygen regulator access and comfortable carry
The top front pocket provides access to the oxygen regulator without opening the main compartment to remove the cylinder. Contoured yoke shoulder straps and an integrated waist belt help distribute the weight of a loaded pack across your body.
When you need to switch from an oxygen-focused setup to a larger medical supply loadout, the removable components let you rearrange the same backpack instead of changing bags.
