The Lightning X LXMB45 combines tactical backpack features with EMS-focused organization. Its low-profile design, removable medical storage pouches and MOLLE webbing let you arrange your gear for the way you respond, while a hidden hydration port provides left- and right-side hose routing.

Modular organization for medical supplies

Four removable zippered pouches, two small and two large, feature transparent windows to help you identify supplies quickly. Two removable foam-lined organizers with six dividers let you customize the main compartment. Before heading out, arrange your supplies by task so you can reach the right pouch without searching through loose gear.

Tactical MOLLE expansion and hydration access

MOLLE webbing on the front, sides, waist and shoulder straps provides attachment points for compatible pouches, tools and accessories. Radio microphone loops, two D-rings and a patch area offer additional organization options. The hidden hydration port includes openings on both sides for routing a drinking tube.

Designed for a secure, comfortable carry

The shoulder strap system distributes weight and is designed to keep the backpack riding high on your back when loaded. Shoulder and lumbar pads are covered in 210-denier nylon. Adjustable padded shoulder straps include quick-release buckles, and an adjustable chest strap helps secure the fit. Exterior zipper web pulls make compartments easier to operate with gloved hands.
